I chat up fellow Coloradan (and fellow Nate) Nate Hayden, one of the three cats who designed the wild demonic underground wargame, Cave Evil, which became a nigh-unobtainable cult hit in the years following its 2011 release. But the crew who made it never stopped playing and building onto their Stygian world of maps, weapons, creatures and strategies. It’s been re-released.
